How to Apply egrips® Non-Slip Strips©

egrips® Non-Slip Strips© are made of an extremely aggressive material that grips to almost anything it contacts ... BUT it is NOT STICKY. To ensure that egrips® Non-Slip Strips© remain in good condition, do not attempt to push or slide your device once the egrips® Non-Slip Strips© are in contact with another surface. Over a period of time, handling the device in such a manner may cause the clear top layer to separate.  egrips® Non-Slip Strips© do not absorb dirt or oils and are easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

Device Specific Kits are cut to fit each device. See drawings A & B (example of Treo 600 with side pieces).

1. Before applying, clean the device with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry.
2. Always allow for clearance of features like seen in drawing C.
3. To allow the adhesive to satisfactorily bond, carefully handle for 12 hours.
4. If there are molded bumps on the bottom of the unit that prevent egrips® Non-Slip Strips© from contacting the surface, you could use a file or knife to remove the bumps (mainly for older flip phones).

CAUTION - Once egrips® Non-Slip Strips© are applied, it may be difficult to put the device into tight fitting holsters or cases as the device will not slide. We have taken reasonable precautions to design the patterns to allow the devices to be installed into factory supplied docks, chargers, etc; however egrips® can be cut away with a razor knife.

WARNING - Do not place cell phone or other objects on or near the airbag. If the airbag deploys, objects could cause serious personal injury or even death.™
